LEILANI MARQUES HARWOOD, MPAS®, CFP®
Leilani began her financial services career in insurance sales in 2008 then eventually transitioned towards comprehensive financial planning. Her experience expands from administration, operations, client service, paraplanner, associate planner and management servicing over 200 clients with her previous employers.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Financial Services from San Diego State University in 2012, a Master of Science degree in Personal Financial Planning with a Master Planner Advanced Study Designation in 2016 and her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER credential in 2018.
In 2019, she began her journey towards independence then officially launching F.A.I.T.H. Driven Planning in 2021 serving individuals, families, and business owners with personal financial planning, asset management and insurance planning needs. In 2023, she launched F.A.I.T.H. Driven Insurance Services offering Life, Health, Disability, Long Term Care Insurance, Medicare and Annuities.

Leilani is originally from Guam and currently resides in Orange County with her family.
She is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Orange County, a Board Member of AYSO Region 889 serving as the U8B Division Coordinator and a U10B Head Coach.
She also enjoys supporting her local churches in South Orange County as well as working with students and young adults helping them discover their passions and encouraging them to live out their purpose.
THE TEAM
KIMBERLY BOURNE, OPERATIONS MANAGER
Kim joined team in January 2023 as the firm’s Operations Manager. Her primary responsibilities are to help clients with any account administration needs as well as supporting the firm with back-office operations tasks and systems to ensure the business is running efficiently.
She graduated from San Diego State University in May 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Financial Services. She has over seven years of experience as a Client Service and Operations Manager in the Financial Planning industry and has her Notary Public commission.
Kim is originally from Guam, grew up in San Diego, and currently resides in Riverside County with her husband and daughter.
She enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. On her free time, she enjoys going out on walks, fishing, pilates, and creating picture and video montages.
TROY PANGELINAN, PARAPLANNER
Troy started his financial journey when he joined the United States Air Force as a Financial Management Technician in 2017. He served as a Financial Services Technician, Resource Advisor, and Budget Analyst for 6 years. While in the Air Force, he served thousands of Air Force service members and their families and continues to have a passion in helping service members through financial planning.
In 2022, Troy earned his Associate of Science degree in Business Administration. He is currently working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Finance with a minor in Personal Financial Planning, as well as an undergraduate certificate in Project Management. Troy is also a member of the Financial Planning Association of Orange County. He embarked on his Financial Planning journey as an Operations Administrator intern while participating in the DoD Skill Bridge program at a registered investment advisory firm for six months. Troy was honorably discharged from the Air Force in January 2023 and concurrently joined F.A.I.T.H. Driven Planning as a Paraplanner.
Troy is originally from Guam and currently resides in San Diego County with his family. He takes pleasure in assisting others in creating better lives for themselves and their families. During his personal time, he enjoys playing music and working out.
Ariana Bobyk, Insurance Agent Support
Ariana joined the team in March 2023 to support the firm with its insurance services. With nearly 10 years of experience in the health and medical field, Ariana has helped countless clients with their healthcare needs.
She cares deeply about those she serves, bringing a high level of expertise and working diligently to find a plan that meets all of their concerns. She believes that putting her clients first and maintaining a high level of professionalism on their behalf is what makes clients eager to work with her and the firm.

Originally from Santa Cruz, California, Ariana has been residing in Orange County for the last twelve years. She is newly married and enjoys spending time with her husband and family. You will often find them down at the beach, at sports games, or serving at their local church.
